    i do have alcohol problem, i drink 0.5 liter of vodka daily, and now it caused me a big over weight problem, i’m 168 cm’ and my weight is 88 kilogram, 25 years old… is there any tips to get the alcohols without getting over weight ???

    I think that I might be bordering on a drink problem. I’m 28 years old. I don’t drink during the day but I drink to access most evenings and the evenings when I don’t I’m thinking about drink. What should I do?

    I can’t really give advice on drink problems maybe you should get a hobby like cycling or going to the gym, if your really that worried speak to alcoholics annonimous or the samaritans.

  5. i always make sure that i am on a Low Calorie diet. i avoid foods with high carbohydrate load because it would just cause more fats on the body. a low calorie diet is also associated with longer life span.

  6. I am very conscious about my Calorie intake when eating. I usually restrict my Calorie intake so as not to gain weight and also i am into a low carb, low fat diet.

  7. In last few years, the people have become more cautious about taking food based on its calorific value. A balanced diet will solve all the problems.
